Shannon C. Williams
Founder & CEO of 360 Global Business LLC, federal tax educator, and U.S. Military veteran. Shannon has spent 27 years preparing returns and training preparers, and she built 360 Global to give independent preparers the software and support she wished she’d had.

Do I need Tier 3 if I’m new?
No. Tier 1 is the complete professional platform. Tier 3 is for preparers who want Shannon’s 1-on-1 guidance through the season.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move up a tier at any time.
What happens after I buy?
Right after you buy, you’ll get an email from Shannon to book your live walkthrough. She walks you through the software on screen share, helps with your ERO setup and gets your training started. You won’t be left on your own.
Are there per-return or monthly fees?
No per-return software fee and no monthly fee. Each tier is one flat price per year, and your renewal price stays what you paid. If your clients choose a refund transfer, the bank-product fees are disclosed to them.
