We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion. Service availability is subject to scheduling, document submission, and payment requirements.

2. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

Ensure all documents, records, and data submitted to us are truthful and complete
Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation
Review all completed work (including tax returns) before signing or filing
Notify us immediately of any changes to your financial situation, contact information, or business structure

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided to us. 360 Global Business LLC is not liable for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client-provided information.

3. Fees and Payment

Service fees are established at the time of engagement and are due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Refund policy: Fees paid for completed services are non-refundable. If services have not yet been performed, please contact us to discuss your situation.
Returned payments: Returned checks or failed electronic payments may result in additional fees and suspension of services.
Late payments: Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to late fees and service suspension.

4. SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to text communications, you consent to receive SMS messages from 360 Global Business LLC regarding appointments, document requests, billing updates, and service information.

Message frequency: Up to 4 messages per month

We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.
